To prevent the display of old, closed-out funds in web apps:

• Log into web apps.
• Click on “Edit Preferences”.  It’s in the upper left hand corner, just to the right of the word EDGAR.
• Look for “Edit Default Preferences for Rice Books”.
• Change the date next to “Exclude Term Date”.
• Save preferences.

So, for instance, if you enter 01-JUL-2016 you will not see any fund terminated prior to 01-JUL-2016.  This will not interfere with downloads and queries, but will filter these old funds out of “my funds” and org-based displays.
