Year-end close schedule is set in May and sent via ALLDEPTS. The status is updated in Edgar Web Applications on the home page in the box marked “monthly closing schedule”.

The new month is opened on or before the beginning of university business hours on the first work day of the month.  For example, January 2017 would be opened on or before Tuesday, January 3, at 8 a.m.  This is generally only of interest if you are placing an order in Marketplace.
